ABSA bank ********** credit card approval, Credit bureau issues

Absa bank and staff makes promises they don't keep, they speak lies, I was told the ********** credit will be closed and all amounts me owing be canceled and cleared at credit bureau, why is my standard bank vehicle financing being denied saying I owe R57. 000 on a Absa credit card. I worked all my life to keep an excellent profile, this is unacceptable and I await a call from Absa in this regard. I'll never bank with Absa, sad service.
