Absa bank finance

Hi on 2015 i joined dept review all was in order money was debited from my account and paid to all accounts then a year later had a call from absa telling me that I should bring the car back course am not paying i asked them how because money is debited on my account and statements shows that they are being paid but they told me a year later that they were not paid for November and December 2015 but they didn't do anything instead now they took they're car after 4 years telling me that my account is in arrears but they never said anything i don't mind they took they're car but they way they created me it's horrible worse now I am listed under high external arrears because of them all along am busy trying to clean my record but they are putting me 10 steps back this is bad really hate their service now i don't know what to do with this as i need a clean record
