ABSA bank fees are ridiculous

<p>I emailed ABSA 2 months ago requesting an explanation for the excessive bank fees I've been charged. As of yet their wonderful "customer service" team have not yet had the decency to honour me with their reply. When I went to ABSA i was offered a wonderful package that would only cost me R98 per month in bank fees. Since being with them they have charged me thousands in excessive bank fees labelling it Capatilization fees. For what??? This month I paid almost R800 in these capitilization fees and thats excluding the R98 bank fees. I want an answer fir this immediately. You people are a disgrace the way to rip your "valued" clients off. I also bank with FNB and have never paid more than my regular bank fees to them. </p>
