Absa Bank failing to pay out inheritence as per the Will!!!

What a bad service with Absa Bank. It has been almost 3 years now ever since my mom in law passed away and she had a straight forward Will with Absa Bank but even now her things are not settled. No pay out NOTHING!!! This is a big lesson to some of us who were considering to have Wills with them. Her kids have been suffering all this time while their late mother's money is with them. Siblings are even having fights amongst themselves because of them. How *********** is this??? There is no communication Nothing!!! So what's the use of having Wills with Absa Bank if things will end up like this at the end!!!
