ABSA BANK FAILED TO CLEAR MY NAME FROM ITC

I as a customer of ABSA Bank, I was shocked and dissapointed how they treated when I asked them to clear my name from ITC because I settled the credit card account through Anders Attorney's that they I appointed for collection last year March 2022. The account was settled 19 months ago on the 31 March 2023 and I have proof of the settlement letter dated 01 April 2022 from Anders Attorney's but they failed to clear my name from ITC. What makes it worse was when I wanted to by my car last week and the application declined because of MBD which is now appointed by the very same ABSA bank, for the same credit card that i settled last year to collect on their behalf. ABSA bank had the guts to say they wont clear my name for December 2023 and my name will remain like that on ITC. ABSA bank doesn't care about its customers, and I am definitely sure that's how they treat black customers. Strategically that's how they make maximum profit to ******** customers with it's Allies. Now i have missed the opportunity to buy a car because of their obvious mistreatment out of their secretive intentions.
