Absa bank

I have been with absa bank for more than 14 years but lately their service has suck or maybe they don't train these people that they are employing lately. U call for a service its either they tell u it can't be done or u hold for the longest time .I feel there has been too much red tape u can't or u have to call this number or this person ,but then again maybe the security had to increase then its seen as red tape .but im starting to hate them considering of changing banks
