ABSA Bank excessive delay in paying out an investment.
My late mother in law has an investment at ABSA. The executor of her estate cannot get ABSA to pay out het investment, which has been delayed by ABSA. ABSA has delayed the payout in excess of 3-4 months which results in the delay in the execution of the estate. I have been with ABSA since 1980 and I am contemplating moving my account to another bank who can offer a better service. Several calls to ABSA has resulted in a don't care attitude from it's employees.
