Absa Bank Estates administration USELESS

Absa bank late estates department is uesless My grandfather passed away March 2020 just before lockdown came into play. We have been struggling to get the Estate finalized as my mom and Aunt has been dealing with 3 diffrent people from start. I have taken over to assist as Absa estate department is taking 2 old ladies both on pensions inheritance basically away from them firstly they made the value of the property sky-high to raise the fees and get more money out of the estate as they moes have to get 3.5% really Then they are not allowing the executor of the estate to choose their own attorney to assist with the property registration. The executor of the estate has requested a Section 45 and still Absa says they will use their owen attorneys once again make a choice for the old ladies I say again pensioners

No feedback we constantly need to phone and get info we have sent emails up and down and yet nothing.

Next step High court and Absa Bank will pay the fees
