Absa Bank encouraging customers to switch to another bank

I can't believe that during this loadshedding time that ABSA has not provided power solutions for their branches. I have a limited time during the week for lunch and then you get to a branch and it's closed.

I mean really you told to get your FICA information up to date and then when you try do it via the app it's says sorry can't do it and now with getting a new phone cos of the ******* that takes place in this country daily. And now the app won't allow me to login cos of facial recognition.

I have had my ABSA account since I was a child but considering a bank change needs to happen.

How can FNB have a power solution for their branch and ABSA just doesn't give a ****
