ABSA Bank........

What a bunch of *********** people, we are trying for almost a year to close my late fathers account with them, the first time we send through all the documents, which was thrown away on their side, the second time we had to certify everything, which we did, and the the moneys that was still in the account was payed over to the estate account. But again the account is not closed. Which leave me with this question, who knows what at one of the large banks in South Africa. They do not know what to do now. If you want to open a bank account do not use ABSA.......
