Absa Bank don't want to pay my money

I'm really not happy with ABSA. On the 14 of June, I received an SMS saying ***** alert. And the SMS asked me if it’s ***** I should respond with yes and I did just that. Only to find that they tell me it’s all my fault cause I approved the transaction. Number 1 - I was once told that their app has a guarantee that should I lose my money they will investigate and after investigation if they find no fault on my side they would refund me. Now they don’t want to refund me. Number 2 - please see the screenshot attached why did they release the funds after I have rep**** with a big YES but no they continue. Then it means ABSA has failed me as my bank
