ABSA bank don’t care about their clients

I upgraded my cheque account in September and increased my overdraft facility, Ive been have issues increasing my overdraft on the app , so decided to call in , called in it was apparently sorted out but it never was, the cheque account was upgraded but the overdraft not , when I called them they keep me online until my airtime runs out, apparently there is some issue on the system, nobody calls you back nothing is sorted out and they want to change admin fees for increased overdraft but it was free with the upgrade, Zthis is very unprofessional and unpleasant, Absa quality has drop and nobody seem to care enough to go the extra mile for their clients, if I could give 0 strs then i would have.
