Absa Bank don't care

Absa does not care about its people I am constantly having to chase up on everything Two months ago I went to horizon view absa to try sort out my father account as he is a old

My dad has an overdraft with the bank we were than advised by the credit controller to approach the branch so they can place the bank fees on hold this is due to the fact we keep paying but it does not reflect on the overdraft

I was than told they would sort it out Today I went to absa Killarney and no help at all I was told they can't do that as there needs to be an investment account

Why is absa making the old people suffer so much ..... no compassion what so ever
