ABSA Bank doesn't abide by their own rules. ABSA Bank is after your money at whatever cost

So I have been with ABSA Bank for 37 years and am a wealth assist Client.

So I am selling my property and give the bank 7 months notice before an offer came through as their rules state that 90 days notice is required if you don't want to be penalised for early settlement of your bond. Initially they wanted to charge the full penalty. After I show them that I gave them ample notice, by e mail which they confirmed, they then state that they will offer a 50% discount on the penalty. Unbelievable what bullies they are. They don't even abide by their own rules and just want to milk you for as much money as they can. For me to sue them for the 50% value which is R 38 000 is a nightmare. Unacceptable ABSA, you have lost a long time Client.
