Absa bank does not care!!

When you have an account with absa you get a funeral cover from absa, here is the catch they don't tell you that you won't receive the funds for funeral, you will still need to rely on your own pocket, my mother in law passed two months ago I am still phoning everyday to find out what will be the next excuse, we even had to open up a temporary account into which the money will be paid into that cost us R500 just to open it up why I don't know, this is just the beginning, telephone bills, hours of leave used to try and get all paperwork in place, by the way this took us almost a month because everytime you get there there is antoher form and another and another you won't get everything once off to fill in, not to mention everytime you get forms to complete you need to go to the police station then magistrates office then the bank repeating this cycle everyday, this is really unprofessional especially under our circumstances. I DON'T EVEN KNOW IF WE ARE GOING TO GET PAID... I AM ACTUALLY SPEECLESS!!!
