ABSA BANK - DISGUSTINGLY GREEDY !!

I don’t know where to turn anymore

I was contacted today by the lawyers from ABSA BANK,

In 2008, I borrowed an amount of R50 500,00

In 2009, unfortunately I had to join debt review,

The money that I could afford was paid to Absa bank at the time as per the debt counsellor.

In 2014 I removed myself from debt counselling and made arrangements with ABSA bank for payments, and I paid them accordingly,.

In 2015 I lost my job due to cancer being diagnosed and I had my own - battle to fight.

Even though I had no income at the time, I still paid ABSA bank when I could. Wonder what happens when you pay insurance for sickness, or even death, the bank disregards that and will continue to haunt you even though they deduct money for insurance, sickness, Ridiculous.

My account has been handed over to Daly attorneys, (they sent me a message on 26 FEB indicating that I owe R19 133,85??????.

The reason why I stopped paying them is because they are telling me that I owe them R342,-R343,000, which to me does not make any sense at all.

The consultant from the lawyers phoned me today and when I questioned her to explain how R50 500 accumulated to R342,000 and odd rands and cents she advised me because I joined debt review,

When I advised her to forward me an email with the calculations of how they managed to obtain such a huge amount she once again said that’s because I joined debt review. What nonsense! cant answer me??

Please contact me with the facts and the real outstanding amount and we can make a suitable arrangement. A manager or someone with sense please call me, and not from Daly attorneys from ABSA BANK PLEASE! I don’t have time for people not knowing what they are talking about. In addition send your calculations via email so that I can seek legal advice,. Don’t patronise me by bullying me with a summons. It won’t work.

I will not accept this , YOU ARE DISGUSTING !!
