ABSA BANK DECEASED ESTATE - SERVICE....WHAT SERVICE

Hi, tell us why you take months to give us bank statements (detailed) not a summary - we need to see what happened to money in our deceased fathers account, however you dont respond to e-mails whether from the appointed lawyer or the appointed executors. Why are we still waiting for the original car papers of our father? Do you know understand why we rather opened up a deceased estate bank account with standard bank - their service is superb they keep in contact and keep us up to date weekly. We are appalled by the service and we are still waiting for feedback been over 2 months now - how does it take? The rate we are going I will be dead.
