ABSA BANK DEBITING CONSUMERS ACCOUNT WITHOUT THERE CONSENT

I am livid with ABSA bank, i cannot believe that this bank can be in the position they in and still see it beneficial to LOSE clients. I find it hard to believe that they cannot be consistent and fair with their clients - i am banking with this institution for many years from 2003 to be correct - and now find myself in a position where this bank can take big lump-sum of money out of your account with no communication regarding their actions, or give clients an opportunity to make arrangements - this after my account was already Handed over to a LAW entity/firm whom is contracted with them - and on numerous occasions did i explain there attorneys what my position is and also ACKNOWLEDGED THIS DEBT - and to top it of, to know that there arrears account was fully charged with ARREARS PENALTY FEES, AND ALL OTHER INTEREST, iN TURN ITS ALMOST SAYING TO ANY OTHER PERSON OUT THERE, THAT THIS BANK HAVE FORGOTTEN ABOUT THERE "TREAT CLIENT FAIRLY" PROCESS AND THE RIGHT FOR CLIENTS TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS BEFORE THEY SEE IT DEEMED TO JUST TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT - DOES THIS MEAN THAT IF YOU HAVE ANY ARREARS ACCOUNTS WITH absa bank - THEY WILL SIT AND WATCH WHEN YOUR ACCOUNT GET CREDITED AND TAKE ALL THE MONEY THAT THEY FEEL YOU OWE THEM - MAYBE I WAS TO CLOSE MY BANK ACCOUNTS AND NOT STILL ALLOW MY SALARY TO CREDIT AND STILL ALLOW ABSA BANK TO HAVE THE REVENUE IN CHARGES OBVIOUSLY MONEY THEY need.
