after Absa bank deducted 12408.64 from my cheque on the 3rd December 2025 , i have tried calling , email , all i get is more and more reference numbers no one has called me back today is the 05 December .

i finally get a hold of someone and i explain the situation knowing full well that banks are no long allow to debit you account with out your consent or knowledge , i am told that absa bank is with in their right to do so .

Absa bank this is ******* according to Section 90 and 124 of the National Credit Act of 2005 .

So they can take whatever they want from your account and leave you and your family without any money to live .

i will be righting a formal complaint .
