Absa Bank customer service

I app**** for an Absa credit card online which was approved, Due to a certain emergency i have I then visited my nearest absa branch then their agent advised that I can open a savings account then be able to access funds from my credit card which I did , she proceeded to say I can transfer from credit card to my savings to utilize the credit card ..I did exactly as instructed only to be called by absa bank that I am being investigated for *****ulent application my employment wasn't verified I am now stuck with absa frozen funds ,***** investigation been writing and calling I'm being told to wait for two weeks I honestly don't know how to move from here
