ABSA Bank Credit Card Issues
Ordered a eBike on the 5th of Aug on my ABSA Credit card number 4787 ***X ***X 0014 The applicable authorization code: 1. 055392 WISH.COM SAN FRANCISCOCA US 05Aug.2021 R4902.00
Then an agent of my Bank( 3D Secure) phoned me to authorized the second amount(Same order) 2. 013980 WISH.COM SAN FRANCISCOCA US 11Aug.2021 R5063.00 The transaction amount: 1. R4902.00 2. R5063.00 The transaction date: 1. 05Aug.2021 2. 11Aug.2021
Now the order has been canceled and I haven't receive my money back. I need URGENT assistance as this is UNACCEPTABLE!
Will be opening a HELLOPETER.com dispute as POOR Customer Service.
