Absa bank chatwallet worst bank ever

I have received a cashsend today that went to the chat wallet, i did the registration and whatever else they wanted, its almost 7pm and still absa cannot tell me why i cannot withdraw my money. Absolutely the worst bank ever. Absolutely the worst bank ever, up till now i have received no help and the funds still are not available.
