Absa bank chatwallet is a ****

Iim very disapponted with absa bank,on the 9 th of August i went to an absa atm to withdraw money that was sent to my chatwallet,the machine gave me an error stating that "we are not able to process the transaction please use another atm,i went to another atm but to my suprise it said i dont have funds in my chat wallet,i sent them an email,took them over a week to get back to me only to tell me that the money was withdrawn😡How because the machine did not processe the transaction,i went to the branch 🙆🏾 worst service ever the casher had the nearve to tell me to not trust the chat wallet,told me that i must tell who ever sent me money to send it to themselve and give me the 10numbers and pin,now my question is why have chatwallet if is not safe to use?,are you not able to see if money was dispatched or not on that particular atm i used because it was malfunctioning...ABSA BANK I WANT MY MONEY,THIS IS DAY LIGHT *******
