ABSA BANK CHARGES ARE REDICULOUS

Upon my first Call to ABSA I had called to check the amount I owed as I had not used the account in a very long time and would like to start using it again since it was still active, I was informed of an Outstanding Total Amount of R676.00 in which R300.00 was first deposited (08/06/2020), Then later followed by R850.00 (28/06/2020).

To my surprise, I made a call today (31/06/2020) to check upon the remaining balance only to find out that there are no Funds at all in the bank. and was told that there was another R173.00 that I was not informed about that had not been debited yet, Even still, There should be a remaining balance.

I was then informed to e-mail "ABSA Costings" and request a Charges Statement, knowingly as when they finally responded they informed me that 'there are no Charges Statements for SAVINGS Accounts. Why refer me to them knowing that they do not have Charges Statements.

Then Gerald Schoenfeldt the Consultant who assisted me with this information responded with:

"Please note that there is no charges statement for a savings account, we have attached your savings account statements for January 2020 to May 2020. Your password is your ID number.

Kindly note that the June statement has not been loaded on the system as yet and should be available 11 July 2020.

Remember that there is a R29.00 monthly administration fee for your savings account.

Concerning the above, please refer to pages 6 to 8 regarding the fees and charges for the Flexi savings account."

After that my case it then CLOSED. "Dear Zee

Your case has been closed.

Please provide feedback on the service you have received."

This does not explain Why I have over R400 in Admin Fees in a single month, I went into the ABSA branch today 02/07/2020 and managed to re-activate my cellphone banking it is now the second day in a new month and i already have admin charges of R63.09 and R18.50 in a matter of hours !!!!!!!!!

I WANT MY MONEY BAC****!!!!!
