ABSA Bank charges

ABSA charges.... I was charged R1439 within 1 month for not having enough funds on my account because of lockdown. I obviously I went to Absa wonder park to seek answers , waited 2 hours just to be told that because my debit orders bounced, that are the bank charges', I am defiantly going to closed my account and move on from Absa
