Absa bank central city a disgrace to humankind

I don't think there is proper management at Absa. The staff personnel they are unable to manage queues. Their service is unprofessional .the staff don't seem to be working chatting with each other while we waiting service. This Absa bank is the worst when it comes to service and customer care
