Absa bank cashwallet ripoff

I loaded money on my cashwallet and even though it charged me fees for having account just 2 days, I couldn't (and still cannot) withdraw the money left even though the balance is states how much available. Keeps telling me insufficient funds. Just a word of advice, DON NOT EVER OPEN UP A CASHWALLET ACCOUNT...ITS A ****** RIPOFF AND A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
