Absa Bank Business

I am sick and tired of them. I wonder if the staff are trained properly. I used to be staff many years ago and if I carried on like them today I would have been fired. The Body Corporate's account was blocked. Never even knew until I went to pay an account. Had to go to 4 branches before I managed to find out the problem. Gave me a list of what they wanted. Gave them everything. Account gets opened for 2 weeks then closed again. Get a phone call because they need information which I had previously given. Account been with them for 30 years mind you. I personally have banked with them for even longer than that. Told them they can any info they want from one of their departments to be told they do not know how. Just too lazy. All I can say is I am livid with them and that if it is not resolved before month end so that I can pay the B/C accounts then I will close the account.
