Absa bank Bond registered but no money paid

I had a building loan registered on 25 September 2019 Two weeks later the money hasn’t been released There’s no one who communicates with you. The phone lines alway goes to busy. There’s no response to my sent emails.

Very bad delayed service . Had I known the service was so pathetic I would have just moved my bond to another bank

You walk into a branch thinking you’ll get assistance only to be told the building loan department is the only one who can help. I’m in Durban this department is based in jhb . They don’t take your calls, they don’t return your messages . What kind of a bank operates this way
