Absa Bank blocks account with no reason

This bank just blocks your account with no notice, and got no reason, and then you can’t get your money out. My account was blocked three years ago, with no notification to me, with no reason whatsoever, and I have funds in there which I cannot access. I have tried to call and email to no avail? I am going to approach the banking regulator .
