ABSA BANK BILLING AND BILLING

So last year I open a absa bank account and use it once I then dont use it again some shaddy debit order deducts from there and then am billed monthly after I called absa banks call centre twice advising them that i never got a card now they have handed me over first to MBD and then TO SSDA my point is whats the use I pay and they continue billing me they need to close the account and i will pay what is owed to them and never use their service again because wow hand over for R800 and then they continue billing you for charges when will it end will I be handed over every month, they need to close the account and stop billing me transaction fees then provide me with banking details to settle their fees and leave me alone
