Absa bank

I have been unemployed from January 2024 even so ,Absa bank handed my loan account to Norton Lambrianos attorneys.Of whom I spoke to them and made an agreement to pay R250 monthly.Mind you I am not working, I am a single parent ,the only source of income is social grant.Now I am looking for an arrangement letter from Absa bank as I have an offer for a job,now they are sending me from pillar to post.The attorneys are sending me to Absa,Absa sends me to the attorneys, I am now frustrated because this job offer will lose me.
