Absa bank battle

I am literally fed up with this blady banks that is not doing there job.

I went in numerous times to get my account closed before it was more than R50.

Every month they are billing me when I told them I am not working and wont be able to pay it. I finished a contract and that is when I went to close the account after the last salary was put in.

Only reason why I opened with them was because it was a requirement from the company that employed me.

I want them to stop adding monthly amounts as I will not be liable to pay as before it was told it was closed and thereafter they cant close it because of the money outstanding nor can they put a stop to it which is plain stupidity.

You suppose to be a bank that helps but clearly not
