Absa bank BAD service or rather NO service!!!!!

Absa Bank Key West. Terrible service. Only 3 people to service an entire bank. I am standing in a queue for 3 hours now with a person in a wheelchair and will wait several hours more. They are abusing Covid 19 and usd it as an excuse for their bad service. It is time to change banks!!!!!!!!!
