Absa Bank Bad Service!

Worst service ever! I need an account closure letter, I have been phoning Absa Vehicle Recovery department and Absa vehicle Finance Department for more than a week now! No one is answering the phone at Vehicle Recovery department and no one can assist me at Absa Vehicle Finance Department! How is this possible that no one can assist??
