ABSA Bank. Bad bad bad service!!!

Hi. I have never wrote a bad review in my life but I am absolutely furious with ABSA Bank. I do not have an account with them but they keep on sending me smses that a Mr R owes them money. After calling multiple times stating my case they just said they will take off my number. Well here I am as my number has not been removed from the account!! How do i go from here?
