ABSA BANK ARE ******S

Im the most disappointed person in Absa bank at this point, I went into the branch a few months ago to be specific in February and the consultant said they experiencing a system issue at that point and he will close that account. I left the branch and assumed the account will be closed. I havent been using my check account for quite a few months and as normal banks would do when noticing the account is not being used they close the account or declare it dormant, I have stopped all debits going through from that account to my surprise the debits are still going through and causing bank charges. Absa as well is still charging me bank charges for an account that has no activities on it. In August I logged into my app and found there is 150.00 and the account is still not closed I was quite shocked, and the first thing I could think about was the bank charges being reversed and money put back into my account. I then found out SARS has paid my tax returns into the same account which 12000 went bank charges! I have proper bills in arears, had no job yet ABSA takes 12000 for bank charges! and still does not close the damn account! leaves the damn thing to incurr more charges so that if accidentally money comes through they can take it as well! this is the most professional ******* I have seen in my life! I want that account closed and the money back as I have enquired this **** at the branch an your damn consultants feel the need to ask me why I didnt come back to query it when I saw they didnt do their jobs! Can I also have a way where I can get to speak to Arrie Rautenbach to bring this to his attention.
