ABSA BANK ARE ****ING BULLIES!!!

On Monday, ABSA repossessed my car because it's 2 months in arrears. They sent a guy called Ncubeko, who's not a police or sheriff. He told me that as soon as i pay I'll have my car back. Today, friday 15/11/2019, I'm doing a back and forth with their legal team who are refusing to assist me with total amount to pay to get my car back. They are now claiming procedures need to be followed when the only thing I was told was that I get my car once paymnet is made. They need to give me the total amounts because on top of seeing that I owe 2 months, they decided to ****en tow my car which I must now pay for with my ****!!! Nxa. Spoke to two consultants already, a Tsidi and Tham-something from their legal team. Now phones are not being answered and no one is getting back to me. I have the money they want yet it seems they want to ****ing auction my damn car!!!
