Absa bank are a bunch of *******

I am absolutely disgusted with ABSA bank. I have been banking with you for almost 10 years. I had a debit journal taken from my account for almost R3000.

On querying at a local branch I was told that it cannot be refunded or reversed as ABSA just goes in and takes the money.

On whose authority exactly?

I’m a single mother and that was my salary. How do you expect me to survive exactly?

ABSA is the worst bank and I pray for the day I never have to deal with you ever again. SHAME on you ABSA
