ABSA bank and unauthorized journal entry on account

I recently took a 3 month payment relief on my credit card due to lockdown restrictions and having to take unpaid leave. After being back at work and being hounded every day that my credit card is overdue, I was finally able to make a payment. No when I logged onto my mobile banking app, I see that a journal entry from RCCS Bos JHB has taken the full outstanding amount. How does ABSA bank expect the consumer to pay the total outstanding balance in the 1st month of getting a salary. Under NO circumstances did I or would I approve this and I see there are hundreds of complaints about ABSA doing this. I request this transaction to be credited back into my account immediately, as I have other expenses and commitments this month...
