Absa bank and its relationshiop managers is a useless disgrace !!

This Bank and its relationship manager Mrs Collette Mennel is an astounding disgrace. We have been banking with this disgusting bank for over 30 years and requested urgent assistace wrt my POA (power of attroney in place since 2017) over my father an octogenarian with 4th Stage cancer, yet they do not have the blatant decency to attend to the same. furthermore what is the purpose of a relationship manager when she does bugerall to assit with our quesries especially when its life threatening. also we have had an overdraft facilty for over 28 years and this week we noted that it was suddently suspended without warning? this bank must be reported to the banking ombudsman. Their Fees are **************** notwithstanding that they offer jack in that regard ! the Services at ABSA BANK IS PATHETIC & NON-EXSISTENT // WHY ARE WE PAYING THESE ******* !!
