Absa bank and its employees are not reliable.

Recieved a cash send to my number from a friend, when I tried redeeming the money from an atm machine at Chris Hani mall in vosloorus the machine malfunctioned and and gave me a blank slip. Tried a different atm only for it to show me that the money had been redeemed when in fact it had not been as tye machine malfunctioned. I than went into the bank branch for assistance and I was told that identified that the machine malfunctioned when I was trying to redeem the money and there was problem. I was told I will be assisted and I'd get the money as to when, nothing was said, I was told they'd call me after investigating. I need the money asap and to be told it could take days a weeks is just not good enough. I don't have the luxury to wait for absa to take time I'm revolving my issue. I wasn't given a case number which is the reason why I am worried because I can not make follow ups on my case
