Absa Bank and Hammond and Pole

ABSA bank handed an account over of mine in 2018 to an attorney Hammond and Pole. Without my knowledge or any communication whatsoever. Hammond and Pole then proceeded to put a judgment against my name. Which again i was unaware of. I only discovered about two weeks that this has happened. When i contacted Hammond and Pole regarding the issue, they told me that this account has been closed and is no longer with them. I contacted ABSA bank and after numerous calls discovered that this account is back by them. Now according the the National Credit Act this is prescribed debt and ABSA bank is now asking me to pay this outstanding monies which is not legal. I have requested that they give me all the relevant documents and all the relevant information to no avail. I would never ever recommend anyone to deal with ABSA bank or Hammond and Pole. Not only are they ********* but their services are absolutely terrible.
