Absa bank allows third parties to takeover clients accout without their permission

Absa handed me to Debt admistration without my permission. They are saying i cannot handle my finances. How can such a big company without talking to their clients hang over their client to be admistered without their permission. Now i cannot even buy food, pay rates, pay my insurances because of Absa. Two weeks ago i was told that i must wait 3 to 5 days all will be sorted. Only to find out they will hand me to a debt admistrator behind my back. I want my money ABSA today. And clear my name from the credit beruax now. After i have been your client for more than 30 years. How can you allow a third to take over my account without my permission?
