ABSA BANK ACCOUNT CLOSURE not done.

I closed my ABSA account in Jan because of ridiculous bank charges. Now on 4 March they continue to send me messages that debit orders did not go through. They require my ID/ account number via e-mail to complete the closure. A huge bank like ABSA can’t even close your account which leaves ample opportunity for *****sters to cause havoc. I’ve been with ABSA all my life and the disappointing service is disgusting.
