Absa Bank account charges extremely expensive stay away

Please never open Absa business account, they are the worsed bank. Their charges are extremely crazy. I opened an account with them from July and October I realized bank charges are extremely high one month were almost R2000, I asked the banker Choshi, Tokologo to close the account via email she told me to go into a branch. On the 12 of November 2021 I went to New Market branch they told me an email was sent I'll receive a call to confirm closure no call was received instead that account is still active with bank charges pilling up. I'm going to report them to the ombudsman. Now I'm told to do a letterhead
