ABSA BANK A NO NO

Bad experince. I settled my loan acc balance which was given to me in feb this year. Few months later a different collection firm calls me claiming the debt still due ftw i paid it in feb. They constantly harrass and bombard me with sms and calls. I need to hold the institution accountable. I am a single income parent barely s****ing enough money to raise a teenage daugter in the current situations etc. You will think when the debt is settled you will have peace of mind. But all they do is hunt you down and they are relentless.
