ABSA BANK A NIGHTMARE

Do not use ABSA in Sunny Park Pretoria Gauteng, their service is so slow you spend 2 hours plus in that bank.

We have a stokvel account and we have been trying to withdraw our money with no success due to FICA. We did not get any notification to update our details, when we get to the branch to withdraw we are being to about FICA. It has been 3 weeks and we still do not have our money. We drive there with all required documentation but it excuses after another.
