ABSA bank a disgrace

Well Done ABSA. You gave me all the reasons under the sun not to honour my claim. It is now 8:15 Sunday morning 21/12/2025 and it is raining. Guess what, water is pouring into my house. Now please explain to me that before the hail storm we did not have any water coming into to the house when it was raining. Mild rain, stormy rain and rain with severe wind. After the hail hail storm where the hail was as big as eggs lying about 10 cm deep still on the roof and grass after the sun came up damaged my roof, window etc now water is leaking into the house with this mornings mild rain. I can supply ABSA with photo's taken the night of the hail storm and the next morning showing how deep the hail was laying, I have a video where water is like a waterfall down the light fittings in my bedroom. Your suppliers took photos that showed we waterproofed the roof. O wait I forgot we did not paint the roof yet. So maybe if the roof was painted we would not have hail damage.
