ABSA Bank, a bad fanacial Institution

I have a loan with ABSA Bank. I received a phone call about a month ago, ABSA stating that I skipped my payment for June 2018. To my surprise my Loan payment goes via Debit order and it goes off on my pay date. Absa told me that they only debited around R700 which to me is not my problem because they know that I honor my payments. Today around 11h55 an amount of R3000 was debited from my account and when I called ABSA to enquire I was told that, the amount debited is for their Loan which they made a mistake from their side. One thing which makes me more angry is why did ABSA wait for more that 3 months to can notice their mistake and cause an inconvenience to me today? I am enough and I going to take my business elsewhere. I'm going to encourage all the friends, relatives and colleagues not to support ABSA.
